The firm that finds your SBA lender
RE Finance Commercial LLC runs SBALoanLenders. Lenders pay us. Borrowers never do. Lender rankings come from the SBA's own approval records, and no lender can pay to appear in them or to move up them.
The firm
RE Finance Commercial LLC, a commercial finance advisory firm, operates SBALoanLenders. Nobody here makes loans or underwrites them: we work out what you need, then put your file in front of a lender who funds businesses like yours. The lender makes the credit decision, inside the SBA's rules.

How We Partner
RE Finance Commercial LLC is compensated by lenders. The borrower is never charged, directly or indirectly, for a referral made through this site. In a success-fee jurisdiction, a lender pays a fee when a referred loan funds. In a marketing-fee jurisdiction, a lender pays a flat fee for each lead delivered, with nothing contingent on whether a loan closes. Where a fee is paid in connection with a 7(a) loan, SBA rules require that compensation is disclosed on SBA Form 159, Fee Disclosure and Compensation Agreement, which borrowers may request a copy of. Published lender rankings are a separate system, computed from SBA loan-level data alone. No lender can pay to appear in them, to rank higher in them, or to be removed from them.
Rating system
Lender rankings come from the SBA's record of every 7(a) and 504 approval: which lender, in which city, at what size, in what industry, in what year. Count those up for your state and your industry and you know who writes loans like yours, before a single broker has your number.
Lender rankings rely solely on SBA data, completely independent of referral fees.
How this benefits you
A traditional broker works from a short list of banks they already know. Here is what changes when the match comes from the SBA's own approval data instead.
| Feature | SBALoanLenders | A traditional broker |
|---|---|---|
| Matching method | Filtered from the SBA's approval record for lenders that fund your state, your size, and your industry. | A short list of banks the broker already knows, built from relationships rather than data. |
| File distribution | One file, one lender. You see who it is and approve them by name before anything moves. | Often sent to several banks at once to see who responds. |
| Borrower effort | One call, from the lender that fits. | Calls and paperwork from however many banks come back. |
| Evidence before a name | Anonymised cards, one per matching lender, show approvals at your size in your state straight from the SBA's own record, before a single lender is named. | Names are often withheld until a letter of intent is signed. |
| Cost | Nothing. The lender pays, and the rankings are built from SBA data, not from who pays the most. | Varies. Some brokers charge the borrower a packaging fee on top of what the bank pays them. |
